When I founded Applied Gorkha Solutions, I had a clear vision: to bring the legendary Gurkha standard to the global security and manpower industry — and to do so with the integrity and discipline that defines the Gurkha name.
Over 25 years, we have grown from a small recruitment agency in Kathmandu to an internationally recognised company operating across 40+ countries. But the foundation has never changed: people first, standards second to none.
We invest in our personnel with the same seriousness that a commanding officer invests in his troops. Every candidate who represents AGS has been trained, vetted, and prepared to operate at the highest level — wherever in the world that may be.
Looking ahead, our focus remains on expanding our maritime capabilities, deepening our presence in the Gulf and Southeast Asia, and continuing to modernise our training programmes to meet the security challenges of the 21st century.
